Adam has a passion for the funeral industry rooted in his family’s preneed background and is driven by the growth and positive results in the funeral homes he serves.

Andy’s preneed background reaches back to 1997 where he sold Preneed for four funeral homes. Andy brings a wealth of experience in the Preneed arena. Andy and his wife live in the Milwaukee area.

Ricardo is responsible for developing and growing the relationship between Premier Planning Pre-need, Assurant, and Service Corporation International in the pre-need business by hiring, training and executing sales. He has spent the last five years with Assurant Pre-need dedicated to growing the production of insured pre-arranged funerals.
